Ingredients

6 tomatoes |
 |
⅔ C salad oil |
 |
¼ C vinegar |
 |
¼ C snipped parsley |
 |
¼ C green onions sliced |
 |
2 tsp. Fresh marjoram OR ½ tsp.
Dried marjoram |
 |
1 tsp. Salt |
 |
¼ tsp. pepper |
Directions
- Place tomatoes in boiling water and keep submerged to the count of ten
or fifteen.
- Remove tomatoes and peel skin.
- Place peeled tomatoes in marinade and refrigerate overnight before
serving.
